I want to become a Realtor but I'm afraid i wont do well at it . Can anyone one give me some encouragement - get well encouragement

Sure. Once upon a time, a new real estate agent, a young professional in a major city (Washington DC) with low confidence. I think we all need to concentrate aside and learning to the current market conditions. I suggest you spend time learning and preview homes, where the best deals in your area. So, you spend time learning their roles. Your customers will appreciate the fact that your things and move your name accordingly. Here's how it happened for me.

Now is the best time to get your license. Do not listen to someone say, is not the time. I was a housewife, and when my children went to school, I went and got my real estate license. I had never before been done and that sales top seller for the company and also as a sales manager. The main activity is to be honest, aggressive and very important to follow up with customers.

I would recommend spending some time when the market has started not very conducive for new entrants to the course and test. Passing the test is only a starting point, the classes do not really want to prepare, as the practice of real estate and dealing with customers.

Know Your Stuff, and learn from their markets, schools, municipalities, construction elements, etc. You do not have too type A to a seller. Buyers are out there, many of the technical (eg engineers, lawyers, doctors, scientists, etc.) that can not type-A personalities are and find someone, and I know a lot of questions to answer and give advice.

If you are still interested after the exam, you will find an office that you opened it can work as a transaction coordinator, escrow assistant, the owner, processor, loan notary, etc. start to get your foot in the door, they can you work with agents and customers and see if you want to permanently change careers.
